Kami ay lumaban. Kami ay nasaktan. Kami ay nasugatan. Kami ay nakipaglaban malayo sa bahay para sa mga kadahilanan kung saan kaunti sa amin ang naniniwala. Damit, pagkain, sasakyan, at gasolina ay lahat mahirap makuha.      Ilang libong namatay at hindi na nakabalik. Binuwis namin ang aming buhay para sa aming bansa. Kasi mahal namin ang aming bansa. Ipagtatanggol namin ito. Kami may masugatan, o masaktan. Para sa aming bansa kami ay lalaban. Kami ay lalaban para sa katarungan at kalayaan. It is Celebrated every February in the city of Baguio as a tribute to the flowers that had survived during a great earthquake on 1990. A parade of colorful costumes and dances are presented on the streets. In 1995 Atty. Damaso E. Bangaoet, Jr., proposed the idea of organizing a flower festival to  be held in February to the directors of the John Hay Poro Point Development Corporation, his suggestion received their immediate approval. This festival is held every February because the Attorney said that the weather in February is perfect and it gives folks a reason to visit us between Christmas and Holy Week. PANYO PARA SA PAGTAKIP NG MGA SUGAT KAHULUGAN: Para sa akin ang magandang irerepresenta para sa aking damdamin tungkol sa mga sinaunang tao sa timog-silangang asya ay ang 'Panyo'. Napili ko ito kasi sa kadami-kadaming nasasaktan dati para makamtan lang ang kanilang kalayaan ang panyo ay magagamit sa pagtulo ng kanilang mga luha, sa pawis na dumadapo, at ang mga sugat ng kanilang mga puso. Mahirap ang kanilang pinagdadaanan dati. Gusto lang nila maranasan ang kalayaan na gusto nilang makamtan.
